If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order/product, please contact our customer support team within five days of delivery to make the return. If you wish to get your order delivered to the Parcel Collect or Parcel Locker, you should inform our customer support team within 24 hours of ordering. If you wish to deliver your order to a Parcel Locker, you should select the paid shipping option while ordering.
