Riverbourne Identity 8 Bourbon Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky 500mL - Bottles

Riverbourne is a remarkable little distillery, found in the tiny NSW town of Jingera population of 39 in the last census. This dram, batch number 8 of their Identity expression a pun on a certain famous spy thriller series has been aged in two ex-French oak casks. With a restrained oak influence, this whisky does an excellent job of showcasing the core character of the distillerys spirit which drives the flavour here.
