Brewing Process
Phillips iOTA Pilsner is brewed in the traditional pilsner style using quality malt and noble-style hops, then carefully crafted to remove alcohol while retaining the clean, crisp character the style demands. The result is a light-bodied, well-attenuated non-alcoholic pilsner with genuine lager character and a refreshing dry finish.
