Maldon Sea Salt Flakes 250g

Maldon Sea salt is harvested in Maldon Essex, on the Blackwater estuary in the United Kingdom. The constant influx of salt and fresh water flowing into the estuary provides unusually high levels of nutrients and minerals – contributing to Maldon’s distinctive flavour.

Harvested for over 2,000 years, Maldon Sea salt continues to be hand harvested and produced in small batches. The salts signature pyramid shaped crystals are naturally formed, soft and crunchy with a fresh intensity and clean taste – the quality of this salt is superb.

Maldon Sea salt flakes are approved by the Organic Federation and is Kosher Certified.
