Our new and improved Traditional Lamb Kofta. These little beauties are handmade in house daily. Premium Free Range Australian Lamb Shoulder has been ground and lightly spiced. Fresh Mint, Parsley and Onion are combined with the mixture to create a Middle Eastern Delight. We have added the skewer for ease of cooking.
Perfect for the barbecue or grilled in the pan - these are best served with a tangy yoghurt sauce, warm flatbreads and a crunchy salad.
