A fascinating whiskey, made with a mashbill of 100% Millet – an ancient grain more commonly found in Asia and Africa. Millet is used in Nepal to create Rakshi, a spirit similar in flavour to sake, but this is the first whiskey to be made with the grain. Totally unfiltered for a full body. KOVAL source their Millet from a farmers co-op in the Midwest and have aged the spirit in new Minnesota oak. Each bottle comes from a single barrel batch.
